The PLANET England helpline has been discontinued. If you are in England and have a nutrient management or NVZ query you can contact the Farming Advice Service by emailing advice@farmingadviceservice.org.uk or calling 03000 200 301 (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm). Please note that the Farming Advice Service will be unable to assist with PLANET software queries.

There are a number of ‘Help’ guides available from within the PLANET software which provide general guidance on the use of PLANET. There is a list of Frequently Asked Questions available here

The PLANET Scotland helpline is now supported via the Scottish Farming Advisory Service who can be contacted by emailing advice@fas.scot or calling 0300 323 0161.

We politely ask you not to contact ADAS staff directly with PLANET England questions as funding for the helpline has been discontinued. Thank you for your understanding
